Arielle Braude is excited to build a diverse and vibrant community in her role as Assistant Director at Hunter Hillel. Before joining the Hunter family, she had the privilege of working with students as the Senior Associate for Student Life and Education at the Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life at NYU. There, she developed a multi-tier communal network of Jewish learning, including pioneering Black and Jewish Dialogue, Social Justice as a Spiritual Practice, #nastywomenstudytorah, and Are You There G!d? seminars. Arielle grew up in Southern New Jersey and spent a year before attending college to serve as the International President of BBYO, Inc., the world’s leading pluralistic Jewish youth movement. She then graduated Cum Laude from NYU with a Bachelor of Social Work and later a Master of Social Work. On the side, Arielle is a birth doula and lover of Phish. Arielle lives in Park Slope, Brooklyn with her boyfriend, Jackson, and their dog, Frida. They want to host you for Shabbat dinner.
