Yom Kippur Eating Meditation

5:00–6:30pm

Yom Kippur - The Day of At-one-ment - brings to a close the ten days of repentance and reflection begun with Rosh Hashana. Part of this holy day includes a focus on the experience of being in the body. In doing so, we get to be present and think about the space that we take up in the world. In preparation for a day in which we sometimes fast, we'll do an eating meditation to explore a new way to be reflective and kind to ourselves.
