Sweet Things: Rosh Hashana

In Jewish tradition, when we have the opportunity to celebrate with each other for the first time, we say a special blessing called the *shehechiyanu*. This blessing enables us to express gratitude and mark a new experience as holy. This year, we will share sweet things as a family to elevate the new school year.

Join us for apples and honey so that we may have sweetness, pomegranate seeds so our sweetness will be multiplied, and kugel because Merav loves to bake kugel.
